Medflow Studio has not yet publicly launched. At this stage, the only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily give us when joining the waitlist:
We use this solely to contact you about early access to Medflow Studio and related product updates. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you gave by ticking the consent box on the waitlist form.
We keep your details for 24 months from the date you sign up, unless you withdraw consent sooner.
Before that period ends, we will ask whether you'd like to stay on the list. If you confirm, we keep them for a further 24 months. If you don't respond, we delete them.
We use Tally.so (Tally BV, Belgium) as a data processor for our waitlist form. Form submissions are stored on Google Cloud servers in Belgium (EU), encrypted in transit and at rest. Our data processing agreement with Tally is incorporated via their Terms of Service — no separate signature required; see Tally's GDPR page for their full sub-processor list. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
How to withdraw consent or be deleted: email ms@medflowsoft.com. We will action your request within 30 days, and confirm when it's done. Withdrawing consent is free and requires no justification.
When we begin sending emails, every email will include a one-click unsubscribe link.
You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
Medflow Studio will process additional data once it is live (account information, and the content you create in the product). A full privacy policy covering that processing will be published before launch, and we will notify waitlist members of it.
This website does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If we introduce product analytics before launch, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.
